For the raffaello cake, bring whipping cream to a boil. Add cinnamon and honey, break couverture into pieces and stir to dissolve.

Place in the refrigerator. Separate the eggs and beat the whites with a little sugar until stiff. Mix the yolks with the remaining sugar in a food processor until foamy.

Then add oil, flour, baking powder and fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into a greased and floured springform pan. Bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes (test with a stick).

Whip the cooled whipped topping mixture until creamy and brush the bottom and sides with it. Cover with kosko shavings.

Wash strawberries, remove greenery and cut in half. Decorate the cake with Raffaellos and strawberry halves.
