For the Raffaello slices, first prepare the dough. For the dough, separate the eggs, whisk the egg whites with 5 dag sugar until foamy.

Beat yolks with remaining sugar until very foamy. Add oil and water. Sift flour with baking powder and fold in. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray (with baking paper) and bake at 180 °C for approx. 25-30 minutes (circulating air). Cut the pineapple into small cubes, soak the gelatine in cold water.

Whip cream, stir in sour cream and sugar, add pineapple and Malibu. Warm the gelatine and quickly mix into the cream mixture. Spread the mixture over the cake and chill for 3 hours.

Sprinkle the cake thickly with coconut oil. Spread chocolate sauce and eggnog in thin threads over the top.
