Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix one part of the oat flakes very finely in a hand mixer, the other part only briefly and rather coarsely.

Beat the egg until foamy. Gradually stir in the melted butter, sugar, honey and milk.

Sift the flour and baking powder, mix with the cinnamon and salt and fold everything into the egg mixture.

Fold in the oats and the raisins. Using a teaspoon, make small mounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave a space of about 4 cm between the cookies.

Bake the cookies in the oven for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
