Instructions:

For the raisin semolina cream with pineapple, chop the pulp into small cubes.

Stir in semolina in boiling milk with a little butter. Add raisins, honey, a pinch of cinnamon and clove powder and sugar.

Mix the semolina mixture with the pineapple pieces, fill into the pineapple and gratinate briefly in the oven at high top heat or grill function.

Sprinkle the raisin semolina cream with pineapple with powdered sugar and serve warm.
