For the raisin yogurt ice cream Maresi freeze for 2 hours. The milk should only freeze, so you should shake it every now and then so that it does not freeze completely.

Whip the Maresi with a whisk. Mix yogurt, vanilla pulp, powdered sugar and lemon juice until sugar is completely dissolved.

Gradually add the yogurt mixture to the whipped Maresi, continuing to whisk.

Finally, add the raisins and freeze the mixture for half an hour.

Finish the ice cream in the ice cream maker, then put the raisin-yogurt ice cream in the freezer to set.
