Instructions:

For the raisin brioches, mix the softened butter with the remaining ingredients (except the raisins) to make a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume.

Knead the dough well again by hand and incorporate the raisins. Form rolls and let rise on the baking sheet for another 15 minutes.

Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles as desired. Bake the raisin brioches at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
