For the Raisin Gugelhupf, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar with soft butter until creamy. Mix in baking powder, raisins and flour well, fold in the snow.

Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake the raisin cake in the oven at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 1 hour.
