Stir the cornstarch with the whipped cream, and put it in a saucepan with the remaining n ingredients, leaving a few raspberries for decoration. Gently heat everything and simmer for just under 10 minutes. Pour into a heatproof baking dish and decorate with the remaining raspberries.
