For the rat roast, put the milk in a large bowl. Salt, pepper, parsley chopped, possibly paprika powder, eggs and breadcrumbs mix well and let stand.

Clean and finely grate the carrots, finely dice the onion and fry. Then knead mince, milk mixture, onion and carrots into a fairly firm dough.

Shape the dough into a rat body, roast in a roaster at 200 degrees top/bottom heat uncovered for about 1 hour.

Then form rat ears, tail, eyes and whiskers from various available vegetables and serve the rat roast….
