Instructions:

Place fish fillets side by side on a glass or porcelain plate, sprinkle with juice of one lemon, season with salt and place butter flakes on top. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 600 watts. Turn fillets to other side perhaps halfway through cooking time.

Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
