Instructions:

Try this delicious noodle dish:

Clean the Chinese cabbage from the coarse stalk, cut into narrow strips. Sauté garlic and ginger in 2 tbsp olive oil – add sliced cabbage – pour clear soup – the whole thing falls leisurely together. Then season strongly with mustard, salt and freshly ground pepper. If you like, add a little bit of lemon. Simmer everything on low heat for 7 to 8 minutes.

Remove any bones from the redfish fillets, season with salt and season with pepper. Roast in olive oil unbreaded in a non-stick frying pan, 3 to 4 min. each side.

Put Chinese cabbage on a plate – add redfish fillet and sprinkle with a little bit of roasted sesame seeds.

Serve with basmati rice or fine fried noodles! – Very tasty.

Drink: German Riesling or possibly Pinot Gris.
