Répapalos is a very simple and delicious dessert in Spain. With only a few ingredients you can really spoil foodies. It is also a good way to use leftover bread.

Cut or grate the old bread and mix it with the eggs. Add a little bit of milk. Mix until you get a porridge. Heat olive oil in a frying pan very high, put the porridge by the spoonful in the frying pan and fry until the porridge gets a golden brown color. In a saucepan, heat milk, add sugar, cinnamon sticks and orange peel. Remove the fried répapalos from the frying pan and put them in the saucepan with the milk. Then put to cool and Bon Appétit!
