For the crumble, knead the cold butter, sugar and flour with your hands until small lumps form.

Peel the rhubarb and cut into coarse pieces.

Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy, then stir in the eggs.

Sift the flour and baking powder together and fold into the mixture.

Pour the batter into a sheet cake pan lined with baking paper and smooth it out.

Spread the rhubarb pieces on the dough. Sprinkle with the crumbles and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
