Instructions:

For the rhubarb pond, roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and prick with a fork. Preheat the oven to 150°C (convection oven). Spread the grated nuts on the puff pastry. Place the rhubarb pieces on top. For the glaze, mix the flour, egg yolks, sugar and milk until you have a liquid omelette batter. Spread the glaze on the rhubarb. Bake in the oven at 150°C degrees (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff. Remove the cake from the oven after 45 minutes and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Then spread the meringue on the rhubarb pond and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the meringue is slightly brown.
