Instructions:

Sauté rhubarb briefly with sugar water. Then mix approx. 2 dl of the liquid with the selected liqueur and the juice of one lemon. Drizzle the spoon bisquits sufficiently with it in a suitable bowl (depending on the quality of the spoon bisquits, more liquid is necessary). Then mix the remaining ingredients (powdered sugar, mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla sugar and egg yolks) briefly. Pour this mixture into the bowl in layers with the fruit and spooned biscuits. Leave to cool for about 2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with chocolate powder before serving.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
