Ribbon Noodles with Mushroom-Ham Sauce

Instructions:

Soak the mushrooms in one eighth of a liter of hot water for about 15 minutes.

Cut the ham into thin strips. Peel and chop the shallots.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Sauté the shallots for about 1 minute until soft. Add the mushrooms and sauté.

Add the mushrooms with the soaking liquid. Cook everything uncovered by half. Add the ham and simmer for about a minute. Add whipped cream and parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

In the meantime, make the pasta and drain.

Mix sauce and pasta and pour onto preheated plates. Sprinkle with pistachios.
