Cut the pork ribs already from the butcher. Briefly rinse, dry and rub with pepper, salt and thyme. Put the oil in the grease pan of the oven form, fill in the ribs and roast them at 220 °C for 10 minutes all around.

In the meantime, remove the peel from the potatoes, scrape and finely dice the carrots. Both in the fat pan form and under frequent turning 5 min. roast. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and pour the beef broth. Stew everything for about 30 minutes. Gradually add the wine and finally the paradeis pulp. Press the peeled garlic over it.

In the meantime, clean the beans and cook them in enough water seasoned with salt and savory for 8 minutes. However, they should still have bite. Drain, mix with the ribs and stew for another 2 minutes. Season well.
