For the rice casserole with apricots, soak the rice in lightly salted milk for 20-25 minutes. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff.

Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add the rice, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites, season with cinnamon and mix in the apricots.

Put the rice casserole with apricots into a greased baking dish, cover with butter flakes and bake in the preheated oven at 200° for about 30 minutes.
