Instructions:

Bring milk to a boil with the salt Mix egg yolks, potato flour, milk, add, bring to a boil briefly Stir in the cooked rice pudding and jam Beat egg whites and sugar until firm, stir in Serving bowls, each with three mandarins spread out, pour in the rice mixture until smooth.

Serving:

Pour plate with fruit level, place flummery on top, garnish with whipped cream, ornaments and fresh fruit.
