Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

1. cover pasta with hot water. In the meantime, prepare the remaining ingredients. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.

2. heat oil to a tablespoon in a wok until smoking. Stir-fry chicken until white but not quite cooked. Fish out of oil with slotted spoon and set aside 3. Stir-fry bean sprouts, pea pods and mushrooms in wok until colored and cooked al dente. Add sauces and wine and transfer from wok to meat.

Drain the noodles in a sieve, then hang them in the boiling water for 5 seconds. Drain. Heat remaining oil in wok, pour in beaten egg, stir, then stir in noodles and vegetables and meat, stir-fry until everything is hot together. Bring to the table immediately. Sprinkle with slices of spring onion to serve.
