Rice Pan with Chicken Breast

Instructions:

Rinse chicken breast, rub dry, cut into 3 pieces each. Rinse chili peppers, cut open, remove seeds and chop finely.

Peel and press garlic. Mix both with honey, vinegar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil and ketchup to a marinade and coat chicken pieces with it.

In the meantime, cook the long grain rice until tender. Rinse broccoli, clean and divide into roses, remove peel from stems and cut into slices. Rinse and clean the spring onions and cut into 5 cm long pieces.

Peppers rinse, clean and cut into strips.

Place meat on a baking tray and grill in heated broiler for 10 minutes. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan and stir-fry vegetables for 5 min.

Add pineapple and peanuts. Drain and stir in long grain rice. Pour on clear soup and season with soy sauce.

Add meat to rice pan to table. Garnish with cilantro/parsley.
