Instructions:

Cut bacon and onion into cubes. Heat oil, fry bacon and onion in it.

Cut cucumbers, carrots and celery into cubes, leek into rings, add with curry, salt, long grain rice and clear soup to the bacon and onion mixture, bring to the boil and continue cooking for 25 minutes.

Dice tomatoes and pineapple and fold in at the end.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
