Instructions:

Peel the onion and chop coarsely. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Peel the banana and cut into wheels.

Heat the butter in a medium frying pan. Sauté the onion until light yellow. Add apple and banana and steam briefly. Now sprinkle curry powder and coconut on top. Mix everything well and steam briefly. Add the chicken broth. Add the mango chutney if desired. Make the sauce uncovered for twenty minutes. Now blend finely with a hand blender. Season the curry sauce with soy sauce, sambal oelek or possibly Tabasco, salt and pepper. Add orange juice and cream and continue to cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Fry in portions in the hot clarified butter briefly but heartily. Add the meat to the curry sauce form and just until well hot. Garnish the Riz Casimir with fresh fruits (e.g. kiwi, bananas, pineapple) of your choice. Traditionally, the dish is served in a rice ring.
