Instructions:

Rub the meat in one piece with pepper, sprinkle seasoning, salt and paprika powder.

Put the roast in the watered Roman pot and drizzle with oil. Roast in the closed form at 250 degrees for 40 min.

Boil up the gravy with the clear soup, stir in the gravy powder and add all the remaining ingredients to the finished sauce for 10 min.

Serve with: French style peas, potato balls.

Drink: Baden red wine.
