Instructions:

Peel the onion and garlic. Grind with the remaining sauce ingredients. Rinse the plums, remove the seeds and cut into wedges. Clean the spring onion, rinse and cut into fine rings. Sear roast beef in very hot oil on both sides, season with salt. Add sauce and plums, bring to boil once. Sprinkle with the spring onion rings.

Serve with long-grain rice or possibly bread.
