Instructions:

Loin roast season with salt and pepper, rub with garlic. Heat oil in a frying pan, brown meat in it on all sides, then rest warm covered. Defrost spinach in a frying pan with a little butter and steam until soft. Season with a little salt, pepper and garlic, add diced feta cheese at the end.

Roll out puff pastry, cover with spinach. Place lung roast on top, roll up. Brush the edges and the strudel itself with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about half an hour.

Mix all ingredients for the sauce well.

Cut the lung roast in the puff pastry into slices and serve with the sauce.
