Instructions:

Mix tongue cubes, ham cubes, veal sausage meat and gherkins.

Briefly sauté the pepperoni and parsley in the clarified butter. Mix the sausage meat with the rest of the ingredients and fill it into a well-greased cake form (quiche form), perhaps a Teflon form. Put in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

Bake: Bake at a good medium heat (200 °C ) for fifty to sixty min.

Stand ten min before removing from the mold.

Serve with: Vegetables, leaf salad and fresh rolls.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it gives your dish a wonderful touch!
