Roast with Paprika Stuffing

Instructions:

Rub the meat with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.

Quarter, seed, rinse and dice the bell bell pepper. Cut peeled onions and bacon into cubes.

Mix everything with paradeis pulp, season with little salt and pepper.

Put the stuffing on the meat and roll it up.

Wrap loosely with spaghetti and tie.

Preheat oven to 175 °C, gas: level 2-3.

Place in a suitable roasting pan, brush with oil and place in hot oven.

Roasting time is 90 min.

Turn frequently to the other side so that the meat browns evenly.

Brush with tomato ketchup 10 min before the end of the roasting time.

Grill the roast in the same way if you have a device with a rotating skewer. It will brown exceptionally on the spot-moderately.
