PREPARATIONPreheat the oven to 150 °C. PREPARATIONSeason the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown them in a little margarine. Put in the preheated oven and let it cook for a while. Slowly heat the (thawed) leaf spinach in a pot with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Meanwhile, cook the whole wheat pasta in salted water until al dente. Strain and toss briefly in hot margarine. Arrange the spinach leaves on warmed plates, untwist the finished noodles with a meat fork and place decoratively on the spinach leaves. Slice the chicken breast and place on top of the noodles.
