Instructions:

Prepare the bread dumplings.

Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Sauté briefly in hot fat, remove, keep warm.

Cut dumplings into slices and fry in remaining fat until golden brown.

Clean and chop peppers and lettuce.

Mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar to a marinade and pour over lettuce.

Place the onions over the dumplings and serve with the salad.
