Instructions:

For Roasted Quail, rub the birds with pepper and salt, put two juniper berries and a small sprig of rosemary in each creek cavity. Wrap the quails with bacon.

Butter two slices of white bread, place one quail on each, place on the broiler and place a grease pan underneath.

Roast at 200° C in the heated oven for 15 minutes.

Serve roasted quails with the baked bread, oven vegetables or salad.
