Cut the meat into smaller pieces, season with salt , pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it. Add the finely chopped onions and fry briefly. Extinguish with red wine, boil off the drippings with it and put the whole in a Reindl form. Add the beef broth and cook until the meat is soft.

Clean the peppers and mushrooms, rinse, dry and cut into large cubes, the gherkins into slices.

After about 30 minutes, add the peppers, mushrooms and gherkins to the meat and steam until still a little soft. Tie the juice by stirring in flour butter very lightly. Sprinkle the meat with chopped parsley and arrange on plates. Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
