Instructions:

To make the Rolled Hot Dogs, first place the sausages lengthwise on a metal skewer (all the way through). Cut each sausage with a sharp knife from top to bottom in a spiral and turn the skewer until a long sausage spiral is formed.

Pull the sausages from the skewer and sear on the grill at 160 °C on all sides (or grill on the skewer).

Place the Rolled Hot Dogs in hot dog buns as desired and fill with various hot dog sauces and toppings.
