Two different masses are prepared with these ingredients:

1. the egg white mass:

Beat the egg whites, add sugar until you get a firm meringue. Mix the 125 g of nuts and the cocoa and fold into the egg white mixture. Pour two thirds of it into a loaf pan and pull it up the sides of the baking pan.

2. butter-sand mixture:

Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs. Fold in the 50 g nuts and the flour. Pour the quantity into the mold and top with the remaining third of snow. Since the egg mixture collapses quickly, you should prepare the butter-sand quantity at the beginning.

Bake at 190 °C for about 45-50 min. Cool well and coat with milk chocolate the following day.
