For the Roquefort pear, mash the Roquefort very finely with a fork. Mix the low-fat curd, lemon juice, milk and crushed Roquefort together well.

Wash the pears, pat dry and cut in half. Remove the core and fill the Roquefort cream into the cavity. Garnish each with a walnut half.
