For the rose cake with chocolate chips, cream butter and sugar and vanilla sugar until very fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and stir in.

Mix the flour with the salt and baking powder and sift over the cream. Stir in the flour. Add enough milk so that the dough falls from the spoon with difficulty.

Chop the chocolate, add to the batter and fold in. Pour the finished batter into a selicone rosette baking pan and bake at 160 °C convection oven for about 60 minutes (test with a stick).

Let the finished cake steam out a bit in the pan, then turn it out onto a cooling rack and let it cool.
