Try this delicious cake recipe:

Mix low-fat quark (1) with milk, oil, sweetener, egg whites and egg yolks (1) Add vanilla pulp and salt. Sift flour with baking powder over the quark mixture. Knead everything with dough hook to a smooth dough. Roll out on a floured surface to a rectangle of 30×50 cm. For the filling, mix together the low-fat quark (2), lemon zest, sweetener and bitter almond oil. Spread on the dough and sprinkle with almond flakes (1) and raisins. Roll up and cut the roll into about 12 pieces. Grease a cake springform pan and place the dough pieces in the pan. Mix egg yolk (2) and water and brush the surface with it. Sprinkle with almond flakes (2). Place in a hot oven at 180 °C and bake for about 50 minutes. Makes 8 pieces of cake.
