Instructions:

For the roux, make a roux with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon flour and add ½ l water (or soup stock). Add salt, caraway seeds and garlic (whole). Cook for ½ hour.

If necessary, add a beaten egg to the roux and serve with toasted black bread cubes.
