Only use fruit that is in perfect condition.

All fruits must always be carefully rinsed and cleaned. Fruit, sugar, and alcohol quantity are to be adapted to the respective vessel. After each ingredient rum pot stir carefully and close tightly. The fruit must always be covered with liquid.

Seasonal fruits are always cheaper to have than imported ones. It is best to make the beginning with strawberries and then add other fruits seasonally.

The start of the rum casserole season is at the end of April, beginning of May and it can be enjoyed at Christmas.

To begin, add Prima Sprit and 500 g of sugar to the rum pot and stir until the sugar has dissolved to some extent.
