A cake recipe for all foodies:
Chop the apples, add rum and sugar (1). Leave to infuse for 2 hours.
In the meantime, light butter, sugar (2), hazelnuts, cinnamon, eggs, cocoa, flour and baking powder are stirred into a dough.
After 2 hours, everything is then mixed together.
Use a cake springform pan for baking. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
