Instructions:

Melt the yeast in 70 ml of lukewarm water and add the milk. Put the flour in a large enough bowl, mix with the yeast and the remaining ingredients and knead for 10 minutes.

Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 45-60 min. until doubled in volume. Repeat kneading briefly, form 20 balls, place on a greased baking sheet, make 2 diagonally divergent cuts at the top and let everything rise together for 20 min. with the lid closed.

Put them together with a bowl of water in the oven heated to 200 °C degrees and bake for 20 min.
