For the Sacher burger, mince the beef not quite fine. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and caraway seeds. Form 4 patties from the mixture and grill them in a pan or on the grill in a little oil for 5-8 minutes on both sides. Cut hamburger patties in half and toast on the inside. Meanwhile, cut bell bell pepper and onions into fine strips. Fry bacon slices briefly and place on underside of patties. Sprinkle with bell pepper and onion strips and top with a little cocktail sauce. Place grilled meat loaf on top and cover with the other burger bread half.
