For the salad of grilled vegetables, first preheat the broiler in the oven or heat the grill. Rinse the vegetables, dry them, place them on the broiler and slide the fat pan underneath or place the vegetables on the grill.

Grill the vegetables for 30 minutes. Peppers and melanzani should be brown, tomatoes wrinkled.

Let vegetables cool in a covered baking dish.

Then remove skin, remove seeds and partitions from peppers and seeds from tomatoes.

Transfer vegetables to a deep dish and cut into large pieces using two knives.

Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into thin slices and place them over the vegetables.
