For the salami pizza, sift the flour into a mixing bowl and mix with the dry yeast, salt and sugar.

Add the olive oil and water and knead everything into a dough. Leave to rest for 1 hour.

Then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that the edge is slightly thicker than the rest of the base.

Pre-bake in the oven at 240 degrees for 10 minutes, take out and spread with the tomato puree.

Then spread the sliced mozzarella on top and add the salami, also sliced.

Season with oregano and bake in the oven, also at 240 degrees, until the edges are nicely browned.
