Instructions:

Season salmon chops with salt and season lightly with pepper. Cut mushrooms and green onions into tender strips.

Remove skin from limes and remove flesh from between white membranes.

Place salmon on foil, cover with mushrooms and green onion – add lime fillets – add olive oil and seal.

Cooking time: on charcoal grill no more than 10 min.

As an appetizer: Tomato salad, toasted bread, baked potatoes.
