A great fish recipe to make yourself:

Sprinkle salmon chops with juice of one lemon and let stand ten min.

Bring wine to a boil with a pinch of salt. Pour in salmon chops. Cover with dill and simmer at low temperature for eight minutes (the chops are cooked when the fish meat can be easily removed from the bone). Keep the chops warm.

Make peeled, seeded tomato pieces and grated onion with five tablespoons fish stock in open saucepan over high heat. Fold in the crème fraîche.

Season the sauce with lemon pepper and salt. Serve with the fish.
