Instructions:

Clean and rinse chicory and cut into narrow strips. Cut croissants lengthwise. Crush cheese, mix with crème fraîche (1) and spread on the bottom halves of the croissant. Spread chicory strips evenly on top. Form salmon into rolls and place 3 rolls on each croissant half.

Season crème fraîche (2) with salt and pepper, stir through with dill and form as dots on the salmon. Place the top half of the croissant on top.
