Instructions:

Hard boil egg and then rinse with cold water. Peel and cut into small pieces. Cut smoked salmon into small cubes. Put both ingredients in a bowl and puree very finely with a hand blender. Blend crème fraîche until smooth and fold in the salmon mousse. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
