Instructions:

Turn salmon in flour, salt, fry in hot butter and keep warm. Finely chop onion, sauté in butter, dust with flour and deglaze with white wine. Peel and dice tomatoes, peel fresh cucumber and cut into noodles, boil briefly together with sour cream, basil, salt, pepper and whipped cream. Serve salmon slices with the finished sauce.
