Instructions:

For the salmon fillet with gratinated cheese crust, salt and pepper the salmon and sear it briefly on both sides in olive oil in a pan.

Then place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the upper part of the fish with grated cheese (e.g. Gouda or Mozarella). Put the whole thing in the oven for about 10 minutes at medium heat.

I serve freshly cooked vegetables, such as broccoli, with the salmon fillet with gratinated cheese crust.
